  • 1. Performance and Applications

    • *A water-based system containing surfactants, penetrants, dispersants, chelating agents and cleaning aids.
    • *For oil, cutting fluid, drawing oil, lubricating oil and rust-preventive oil residues on workpieces. Penetration, separation and emulsification support soil removal; easy rinsing with low residue. A multi-material workpiece cleaner, not a replacement for rust removal or acid pickling.
    • *Suitable material categories include carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel, copper, aluminum, alloys and plastics. Assess the alloy grade, surface finish and plastic type separately. Test aluminum, copper, precious metals, coatings and plastics on a small area before use; check for discoloration, loss of gloss and surface damage.

    2. Technical Specifications

    ItemSpecification
    ModelJQ-330
    AppearanceColorless, transparent liquid.
    pH (brochure value)≥7
    Pack sizes5 kg / 25 kg
    Shelf life24 months

The brochure does not specify pH test conditions; these values are not working-bath pH setpoints.

    3. Directions for Use

A starting product-to-water ratio of 1:10–1:20 may be used for ultrasonic or immersion cleaning. Establish contact time by testing for the soil and material. Rinse promptly after spray cleaning. Heating to 60 °C may be used; validate heated conditions for sensitive materials. Replenish or replace the bath when performance declines. Rinse thoroughly and dry promptly; provide subsequent rust protection for carbon steel as required.

    4. Packaging and Storage

    • *Available in 5 kg or 25 kg plastic drums.
    • *Closed container in a cool place away from sunlight.
    • *Shelf life: 24 months.

    5. Safety and Protection

Wear protective gloves and goggles. Avoid eye contact and ingestion; seek medical attention if swallowed. Do not extend a compatibility result to other alloys, coatings or plastics without testing.
