KM-801 Ultrasonic Cleaner (Water-Based, Neutral)

1. Performance and Applications

• *Deionized water, nonionic surfactants, penetrating emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors and hard-water stabilizers. Phosphorus-free; no heavy metals; RoHS compliant.
• *pH 7.5–9.0; low corrosion, easy rinsing and biodegradable.
• *Hardware, machined and stamped parts, bearings, molds, automotive parts and PCB supports. Removes cutting oil, drawing oil, polishing compounds and dust. For ultrasonic, immersion or spray cleaning.

3. Directions for Use

Dilute with water 5–20 times. Use at 30–65 °C for 2–10 minutes. Rinse with clean water and blow dry. Adjust concentration or temperature for heavy soils; replenish concentrate periodically.

• *Supplied in 25 kg plastic drums.
• *Sealed, cool place at 0–40 °C; protect from freezing and sunlight.

5. Safety and Protection

Wear chemical-resistant gloves; ventilate. Avoid prolonged skin contact, eye contact and ingestion. Test magnesium and some zinc die-cast parts first. Dispose of waste liquid according to local requirements.
