LD-999 is an insulating-type cleaner for electrical equipment with confirmed compatibility. It removes dust, oil and carbon deposits and offers rapid evaporation with low residue. Energized cleaning must be performed by qualified personnel using dedicated equipment under an approved site procedure.
| Item | Specification |
|---|---|
| Model | LD-999 |
| Appearance | Colorless, transparent liquid. |
| pH | 6–8 |
| Volume resistivity | >1×10¹⁰ Ω·cm |
| Power-frequency withstand voltage | ≥35 kV |
| Net content | 25 kg |
| Shelf life | 24 months |
Qualified personnel must use dedicated live-cleaning equipment under an approved site procedure. Confirm spray distance, angle and safety conditions under that procedure. Clean along the insulator sheds. Allow complete evaporation before normal operation. Do not clean cracked or overheating equipment while energized.
Ventilate; keep away from flames and heat. Avoid liquid accumulation in terminal recesses. Do not use on solvent-sensitive plastics, coatings or silicone-rubber insulators. If in eyes, rinse with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting; seek medical attention immediately.
Reference standard: GB/T 25097-2010.
