1. Performance and Application
TPD‑540 chelating dispersant is a multi‑purpose organic complex. It can soften water quality and chelate metal ions during scouring and bleaching processes. It also acts as levelling agent and dispersant for reactive dyes, direct dyes and vat dyes.
- Scouring auxiliary: Disperses dirt and impurities, chelates and disperses calcium and magnesium ions in scouring liquor. Facilitates pectin removal, prevents insoluble calcium‑magnesium salt deposition on fabrics, and improves fiber hygroscopicity and capillary effect.
- Bleaching auxiliary: Exhibits strong complexing capacity toward calcium, magnesium, iron, copper and other metal ions in bleaching liquor. Avoids fabric strength loss and pin‑hole defects and significantly enhances whiteness.
- Dyeing auxiliary: Effectively complexes calcium and magnesium ions in dye bath, provides powerful dispersion for dyes and pigments and prevents dye precipitation.
