OFC‑610 oilfield clay stabilizer is mainly composed of organic cationic polymers and inorganic salts. It is water‑soluble, safe, non‑toxic, with good hydrolysis stability and strong adaptability to pH variation, and possesses anti‑ammonia property. It neutralizes negative charges on clay surfaces and forms firmly‑adsorbed film on clay minerals, which prevents hydration‑swelling, dispersion and migration of clay minerals, resists water scouring, extends water‑injection cycle, and delivers favorable effects on oil‑well production increase and water‑well injection enhancement.

3. Usage Method

1. Conduct tests prior to application to confirm application method and dosage. The product is storage‑stable and will not ferment or degrade due to bacterial interference.
2. After other chemicals are added and circulated in working fluid or injection water, add oilfield clay stabilizer and circulate evenly for use.
3. Adding this product in acidizing, fracturing and water‑injection systems can achieve excellent effect in inhibiting clay hydration‑swelling.

4. Packaging and Storage

‑ Packed in plastic drums, net weight 25 kg or 200 kg per drum; customized packages available upon request. ‑ Store in well‑ventilated, cool and dry indoor place. Shelf life: 12 months.

5. Safety & Protection

OFC‑610 oilfield clay stabilizer is weakly acidic. Take protective measures during handling. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water.
