CM‑073 Carbon‑Deposit Cleaner

CM‑073 carbon‑deposit cleaner is an eco‑friendly micro‑emulsion cleaning agent composed of special solvents, co‑solvents, surfactants and corrosion inhibitors for removing carbon deposits, colloids and other contaminants. Based on solubilization, wetting and permeation mechanisms, it rapidly removes oil sludge and carbon deposits formed on metal surfaces caused by high‑temperature oxidation, cross‑linking and deposition of wax and colloid from natural gas, fuel oil, heat‑transfer oil, cooling oil and lubricating oil.

Its corrosion‑inhibiting components prevent metal corrosion during cleaning and inhibit flash‑rust on metal components. CM‑073 carbon‑deposit cleaner features easy operation, safety and environmental friendliness. It can also be applied in urban cleaning (chewing‑gum removal), paint degreasing and other multi‑purpose scenarios.

    2. Technical Specifications

    ItemIndex
    AppearanceColorless or light‑yellow milky liquid
    pHWeakly alkaline
    Density (20℃, g/cm³)≥0.80
    FlammabilityNon‑flammable

    3. Usage Method

Operation method shall be determined according to equipment structure and contamination conditions.

    1. For gas‑fuel / fuel‑oil automobile maintenance: use stock solution for soaking, spraying or brushing at ambient temperature ~60 ℃. Stock solution can be recycled.
    2. For large‑capacity equipment such as air coolers and heat‑transfer‑oil furnaces: adopt 10‑15 % working concentration for soaking to save reagent. Higher concentration or heating (40‑60 ℃) accelerates dirt removal, typical cleaning duration: 30 min‑6 h. For heavy deposits, increase concentration, heat up to 60 ℃ and raise system flow velocity; extend cleaning time to 10‑24 h to strip off colloidal slough timely.

    4. Packaging and Storage

Standard packaging: 25 kg plastic drums or iron drums; customized specifications available upon user requirements.

    5. Safety & Protection

CM‑073 carbon‑deposit cleaner is weakly alkaline. Take labor‑protection measures during handling. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Rinse immediately with abundant clean water upon contact.
