1. Performance and Application

CM‑077 special‑purpose calcium‑sulfate scale cleaner is a high‑molecular‑polymer cleaner composed of functional groups such as carboxyl, hydroxyl and amide groups. It is neutral solution(pH 7), non‑corrosive to metals. It removes scale efficiently without hydrogen‑embrit­tlement risk. It is targeted for calcium‑sulfate scale; higher calcium‑sulfate content in scale brings faster and more thorough cleaning effect. It is non‑toxic to human body and waste liquid can be safely discharged.

2. Application Scope

Widely used for shutdown cleaning, on‑line non‑shutdown cleaning and partial cleaning of single‑unit equipment in circulating‑cooling, refrigeration and hot‑water heating systems within petroleum, chemical, papermaking, brewing and locomotive industries.

4. Usage Method

1. Dosage of stock solution shall be determined according to scale content, thickness and hardness, or formulated by technicians on‑site.
2. Dosing at suction inlet of circulating pump for circulating cleaning; soaking or spraying methods are also applicable.
3. Keep circulating for 6‑24 hours depending on scale condition with unrestricted flow velocity. Perform displacement blow‑down until turbidity＜10 mg/L or visually clear water.
4. For standalone equipment: directly apply cleaner for soaking or spraying. Rinse thoroughly with water after scale is fully softened and dissolved.

5. Packaging and Storage

CM‑077 special‑purpose calcium‑sulfate scale cleaner is packed in 25 kg plastic drums. Store in cool and dry place. Shelf‑life: 1 year.
