CM‑081 Rust‑Removing Cleaning Agent

CM‑081 rust‑removing cleaning agent is a new‑type iron‑rust cleaner compounded of multiple chelating agents, organic acids and corrosion inhibitors. It rapidly removes loose rust on equipment surfaces via acid dissolution, chelation and stripping effects. It also eliminates corrosion products and scale deposits on new and old equipment. It is mainly used for cleaning of new circulating‑water systems.

3. Usage Method

1. Adopt soaking or circulating cleaning. Usual working concentration: 5‑20 %. Rust‑removing effect can be achieved at ambient temperature. Higher concentration and cleaning‑solution temperature will shorten cleaning duration.
2. For pipeline systems without heating capability, extend cleaning time or increase agent concentration to remove rust and scale; cleaning duration is generally more than 6 hours. Monitor the process to determine proper dosage and cleaning time.
