1. Performance and Application

CM‑082 solid degreaser is an alkaline powder‑type degreasing product composed of multiple active components. It can remove mineral oil, vegetable oil, oil sludge and other contaminants on iron, copper and other material surfaces. Formulated with special saponifiers, co‑solvents, penetrants, wetting agents, emulsifiers, defoamers and corrosion inhibitors, it features high degreasing efficiency, fast cleaning speed, low foam and thorough chemical cleaning.

3. Usage Method

1. CM‑082 solid degreaser is easy‑to‑use. Suitable cleaning processes including spraying, soaking and brushing can be selected according to on‑site conditions.
2. Working concentration: 2.5‑5 %; operating temperature: ambient temperature ~80 ℃. The product is non‑toxic. Neutralize cleaning waste liquid with acid before discharge.

4. Packaging and Storage

1. Standard package: 25 kg inner‑lined woven bags; customized packaging specifications are available.
2. Do not mix with strong‑oxidizing alkaline substances. Keep moisture‑proof and avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Shelf‑life: 12 months under room‑temperature storage.

5. Safety & Protection

CM‑082 solid degreaser is alkaline powder. Take protective measures during operation. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Rinse with large amount of clean water upon contact.
