BHMTPMPA is an excellent chelating scale inhibitor with good inhibiting effect against carbonate and sulfate scales. It features favorable water‑solubility and thermal stability under wide pH range and at 120 ℃ high temperature, with high calcium ion tolerance. It is used as corrosion and scale inhibitor for oilfield water treatment, as well as scale‑corrosion inhibitor for industrial circulating cooling water and boiler water.
