    1. Performance and Application

T‑225 is acrylic acid‑hydroxypropyl acrylate copolymer. It delivers good control over formation and deposition of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, especially calcium phosphate. It also exhibits excellent dispersing performance for ferric oxide, sludge, clay and oil sludge. AA/HPA copolymer can be used under high‑pH conditions, features good miscibility with organic phosphonates, BTA and other substances, and performs well in controlling zinc salt deposition and calcium‑phosphate scale precipitation.

    1. Mainly used as scale‑inhibiting dispersant for various circulating cooling water systems, especially for oily water and water systems with dust pollution.
    2. Suitable for circulating cooling water under alkaline conditions with abundant phosphate salts.
    3. T‑225 shows favorable scale‑inhibiting and dispersing performance under relatively high‑temperature and alkaline conditions.

    2. Technical Specifications (Compliant with HG/T2429‑2006)

Normal dosage: 10‑30 mg/L. It can be compounded with organic phosphonates to formulate fully‑organic (alkaline) formulas.

    4. Packaging and Storage

AA/HPA copolymer is normally packed in plastic drums of 25 KG or 200 KG; packaging can be adjusted per customer requirements. Store in cool and well‑ventilated indoor area. Shelf life: 12 months.

    5. Safety & Protection

T‑225 is slightly corrosive. Take labor‑protection measures during operation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Rinse with plenty of clean water upon contact.
