  • 1. Performance and Application

EN‑150 reverse osmosis membrane antiscalant (8‑times concentrate) is applied in Reverse Osmosis (RO), Nanofiltration (NF) and Ultrafiltration (UF) systems to prevent membrane scaling. It improves permeate flow and product‑water quality and reduces operating costs.

    1. It can effectively control inorganic scaling within a broad concentration range. The allowable LSI value can reach up to 2.8 without acid addition.
    2. It will not coagulate with iron‑aluminum oxides and silicon compounds to form insoluble substances.
    3. It performs exceptionally well for controlling iron, aluminum and heavy‑metal contaminants. Allowable iron concentration on feed‑water side can reach 8.0 mg/L.
    4. JQSY concentrated antiscalant effectively inhibits silica polymerization and deposition. Silica (SiO₂) concentration on concentrate side can reach 290 mg/L.
    5. It features favorable solubility and stability, and remains effective at feed‑water pH ranging from 5 to 10.

    2. Technical Specifications

    ItemSpecification
    AppearanceColorless transparent liquid
    pH (1% solution)2.5±1.0
    Specific Gravity (20℃, g/cm³)1.45±0.05

    3. Dosing Instructions

Calculate the proper dosing concentration according to water quality analysis report and system conditions. Typical dosage for this 8‑times concentrated antiscalant is 0.5‑2 ppm. Dilute with demineralized water at 20‑100 times ratio based on metering pump and chemical tank capacity.

    4. Application Method

    1. Dose upstream of the cartridge filter.
    2. Calibrate the actual output of the metering pump.
    3. Stir thoroughly for 15‑20 minutes when preparing concentrated antiscalant solution.
    4. Clean the chemical tank regularly to prevent bacterial growth.

    5. Packaging & Storage

    1. Packed in plastic drums, 25 kg or 27.55 kg per drum.
    2. Stable physical‑chemical properties. Store in cool place. Shelf‑life: 2 years.

    6. Safety & Protection

EN‑150 Reverse Osmosis Membrane Antiscalant (8‑Times Concentrate). Take proper labor protection during operation. Avoid contact of concentrated antiscalant with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of clean water.
