EZF‑903 evaporator scale inhibitor & dispersant consists of dendritic macromolecular polymers and dispersants. It is developed for water bodies with high hardness, high alkalinity and high sulfate content. Based on threshold effect and crystal‑lattice distortion mechanism, it prevents scaling of inorganic salts such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate.

This evaporator scale inhibitor is widely applied in complex‑water‑quality systems including wastewater concentration and seawater desalination. It ensures stable operation of MVR, MED, MSF and other equipment, reduces shutdown‑maintenance frequency, improves production efficiency and extends service life of facilities.

|---|---|
| Appearance | Homogeneous liquid without sediment or delamination |
| pH | 3.0±1.5 |
| Density (20℃, g/cm³) | ≥1.10 |
Put the evaporator scale inhibitor & dispersant into plastic dosing tank (or container). It can be diluted with water. Dose continuously via metering pump at the front‑end of evaporator equipment. Dosing is based on wastewater flow rate, typical dosage: 50‑200 mg/L. Exact dosage shall be determined by water‑quality conditions.
‑ Normally packed in 25 kg plastic drums; customized packages available upon user requirements.
‑ JQSY scale inhibitor features stable physical‑chemical properties. Store in well‑ventilated, cool and dry indoor place. Shelf life: 12 months.
Take protective measures during handling. Avoid contact of evaporator scale inhibitor & dispersant with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water.
