AK‑610 Ash‑Water Antiscalant

AK‑610 ash‑water antiscalant is a composite antiscalant with chelating and dispersing functions, mainly composed of organic phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid and sulfonate copolymer. It induces lattice distortion of scale‑forming crystals, rendering scale layers loose or dispersed in water to be carried away by ash‑water flow, so as to maintain normal operation of ash‑water pipelines. Developed by JQSY for high‑pH and high‑alkalinity ash‑water conditions in thermal power plants, this composite scale‑inhibiting dispersant is primarily used for scale control in ash‑conveying water and return‑water pipelines of thermal power plants.

    ItemSpecification
    AppearancePale‑yellow to reddish‑brown transparent liquid
    Density (25℃, g/cm³)1.15
    pH (1% aqueous solution)3.0±1.5

    3. Application Method

Add daily required dosage of antiscalant into plastic chemical‑feeding tank. It may be diluted with water for convenient use, then continuously dosed at the inlet of ash pump via metering pump or regulating valve. The dosing concentration recommended by JQSY technical engineers is generally 3.0‑10.0 mg/L.

    4. Packaging & Storage

AK‑610 ash‑water antiscalant is packed in blue plastic drums, 25 kg per drum. Shelf‑life: 12 months.

    5. Safety & Protection

AK‑610 Ash‑Water Antiscalant is weakly acidic. Take proper labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water.
