GL‑010 Boiler Descaler (Acidic Liquid)

GL‑010 descaler is a water‑system descaler compounded with chelating, cleaning and dispersing agents. It provides dual functions of cleaning and corrosion inhibition. It features fast cleaning speed, excellent cleaning performance and low corrosion rate for water‑system cleaning. Mainly via chelation and dispersion, it peels off scale deposits inside boilers and disperses them into water, causing minor damage to boiler body and accessories. Over‑cleaning will not occur even with excessive dosage or prolonged cleaning time. Different from conventional hydrochloric‑acid cleaning, it resists interference from harmful ions such as iron and copper in water, and is suitable for cleaning of medium‑ and low‑pressure boilers.

    AppearanceAmber liquid
    pH (1 % aqueous solution)2.0±1.0
    Density (20℃) g/cm³1.10±0.05

    3. Usage Method

‑ Dosage: Calculate the volume of circulating‑water system of equipment to be cleaned. Dilution ratio with water: 2‑4 % (namely 20‑40 kg descaler per ton of water). Increase dosage appropriately if scale thickness exceeds 3 mm. ‑ Cleaning duration: 5‑8 hours. ‑ Cleaning mode: Circulating cleaning. ‑ Cleaning procedure: Establish circulation for the water system of target equipment. Add descaler into water system in specified proportion and circulate for around 2‑3 hours. Supplement acidic descaler into circulating system at 0.05 % ratio (5 kg per ton of water). Upon completion, drain cleaning solution, replace with clean water and restart normal equipment operation.

    4. Packaging and Storage

GL‑010 descaler (acidic liquid) is normally packed in 25 kg plastic drums; customized packages are available. Products supplied by original manufacturer deliver more stable physicochemical properties. Store in cool place. Shelf life: 12 months.
